Registration & Identification
Every volunteer must complete the official registration process.
Volunteers must carry and wear their Volunteer ID card at all times during the festival.
Entry to restricted areas is allowed only with prior permission or appropriate authorization.

Orientation & Training
All selected volunteers must attend a mandatory training session conducted by NBT and the organizing team.
Volunteers will be briefed on their roles, responsibilities, code of conduct, and safety protocols.
Attendance in the orientation is compulsory for participation.
Code of Conduct
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a respectful attitude throughout the event.
Follow instructions from NBT coordinators.
Avoid any political, promotional, or commercial activities while on duty.
Do not leave your assigned location without prior approval.
Volunteers should maintain a clean and modest appearance. Official T-shirts, caps, or badges (if provided) must be worn during all duty hours.
Volunteers are required to submit their daily reports.

Reel Making Competition Rules
The minimum age to participate in the competition is 16 years.
Only reels up to 90 seconds in length will be accepted.
The uploaded video file should not exceed 100 MB.
Participants must upload their reels only through the official competition website.
Reels uploaded on social media platforms will not be considered valid entries.
If needed, the organizers may request a higher-quality version of the submitted video.
Selected reels will be uploaded and promoted by the official team of the Nagpur Book Festival.
These reels will be used for brand promotion, public awareness, and social outreach during the festival.
The concept, script, and presentation of the reel must be the participant’s original creation.
Plagiarism or use of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
Writing Competition Rules
Objective of the Competition:
The purpose of this competition is to encourage creativity and expressive skills among readers and to obtain an inspiring song that effectively conveys the objective of the Book Fair.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to individuals of all age groups.
There are no restrictions related to age, education, profession, or linguistic background.
Format of The Song:
The song should be in either Marathi or Hindi.
It should be a minimum of 12 lines and a maximum of 16 lines.
The song must be inspirational, cultured, positive, and promote a reading culture.
It should include references or significance related to books, culture, reading, or knowledge.
The song must be original and impactful. Any form of plagiarism or use of AI-generated content will lead to disqualification.
Submission Guidelines:
The song should be submitted in PDF format, either typed or handwritten.
The entry must clearly mention the participant’s full name, age, address, contact number, and email ID.

Last date for submission of entries: 31 August 2025

Organizers reserve the right to make necessary modifications to the song.
The selected song may be fully used by the organizers for promotion, publicity, and presentation purposes.
Songs containing any kind of obscene, casteist, or religiously inflammatory language will be disqualified.
